Pa. Man Arrested After Child's Whispered 911 Call

A child whispered 911 calls for help in eastern Pennsylvania home and arrested a man accused of threatening to kill a woman with a butcher's knife.
Coopersburg police said that their home, the child's early on Sunday called emergency scheduling, whispered: "help us," and hangs up the phone.
