The City of Richmond Burns Its Seed Corn

City of Richmond, California, officials have never heard of the unintended consequences of the law (" city filed a lawsuit against the mortgage plan, "the news", August 8)? I can almost be sure that they, they captured (steal), may be the following attributes of the current market value of the purchase price on the first day of the mortgage will be the last day in Richmond, people will get a new mortgage.
